On one side is the local Salvation Army news

Magazines are important for Salvationists. Some magazines and papers raise money for the work the Salvation Army does. The magazine here, called the Sunday Link on one side, and the Citadel Link on the other is a free weekly sheet.

Citadel Link is produced by the citadel in Ipswich, giving local Salvationists information about clubs, prayer subjects, finances and thoughts, such as the one here:

'Perils and frights should drive us to God, not from God.'

On the other side is the Sunday Link, which is for Salvationists across the country. It gives information about organisations, recommends books, and gives thoughts about parts of the Bible. The theme for this Sunday Link is rainbows, using part of the Bible to help:

God said, 'I set my rainbow in the clouds and it shall be a sign of the covenant (which means promise) between me and the earth.'
