Harold

Harold has been coming to this church for a long time.

My name is Harold. I am 74 years old. I've been coming to Combs church for about 20 years. I feel close to this church because my daughter is buried in the graveyard. My daughter's death strengthened my faith a lot.

I have just done Alpha and I learnt a lot from that. I often read the lesson (the Bible reading) in church. During the week something often crops up which reminds me of the lesson and what I should be doing.

I believe the church is here for everybody, however old you are. I get a feeling of peace and harmony from coming to church. It makes me think about this world and beyond. Going to church is only two hours a week, which isn't much at all.
