Katie enjoys playing the flute in the band.

My name is Katie and I am 14 years old. In church it's easy to be a Christian because you have lots of friends who are similar to you. Outside of church, even though it can be hard, it is good to be a Christian because you can talk to others about what you believe in.

Even though I get teased at school for what I believe, I know I've got something to live for, and it's worthwhile what I'm doing.

MCF helps as I have the chance to meet with other Christians of my age, at a midweek cell group or in socials. We're encouraged to talk if we're struggling, and we can encourage others. Like with every relationship, my relationship with God has ups and downs, but having notes to help you read the Bible is important, as is saying short prayers through the day.
