'People can come and leave flowers there, and plant roses to remember loved ones who have died. It is a quiet place where people can sit and think, or remember, or pray to God.'
'The garden is at the side of the citadel, and is in memory of local Salvationists who have died. Christians believe that the beauty of nature, such as these flowers, show the Glory of God.'
